Health & Safety
We are proud to announce that we are part of the South West of England Professional Hirers Alliance which is an elite group of hirers that follow strict guidelines and a code of conduct that allows us to operate safely within the British Standards of inflatable hiring.
With only a handful of operators offering this alliance, you are guaranteed some of the best bouncy castle hire in Devon. We are full time professional hirers which offer quality inflatables which conform to BS EN 14960 with all the guidelines on setups to be found on the government website.
Offering quality equipment may mean that our initial outlay is larger than most other companies. However, you are guaranteed excellent standard of kit.
All of our electrical equipment is PAT tested and our inflatables are RPII inspected every year to sure complete safety at your event. We are fully insured with £10 Million public liability and can provide staff at larger events. All of our bouncy castles come with adequate matting and are secured in accordance with British Standards. We take pride in our high quality hireable kit and have a reliable and friendly approach.
Terms & Conditions:
- Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
- Balance must be paid before hire.
- Cancellation – if you need to cancel your booking, please get in touch as soon as you know and we will be able to transfer the date for you.
- In some circumstances, Mane Events may need to cancel an event, for example, weather. This is due to the strict regulations we have to follow to ensure your safety. If this is the case, we will inform you as soon as possible.
- Setting up and packing down – we will do all of this for you but please allow us enough time either side of your booking to allow for this. We kindly ask for between 30minutes – 1 hour (dependent on size of the equipment) to guarantee it is all set up safely for you.
- Please ensure you have checked measurements of where the inflatable is to fit. We cannot accept responsibility if when we arrive the kit does not fit. We will try to help you as much as we possibly can with this, so if you are unsure, please send us a photo.
- Inflatables cannot go on artificial grass.
- If for any reason our equipment becomes damaged during your hire, please let us know as soon as possible.
- Face paint is allowed on our inflatables.
- No food or drink to be consumed, no shoes and no glasses on our inflatables. This is for your safety.
- During events, our staff are there to ensure your safety, please listen to warnings and follow instructions. If our staff are not listened to and safety is being compromised, we reserve the right to ask you to come off our inflatables.
- Be kind.
